MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Some lucky students got to hear from two Milwaukee Brewers on Wednesday, May 29.
Rookie Outfielder Jackson Chourio and Infielder Andruw Monasterio visited Bruce-Guadalupe Community School in Milwaukee.
They were joined by broadcaster Sophia Minnaert, and the racing sausages.
Students had the chance to ask questions and their principal said they screamed when they saw them.
"Today was a great day, we had a couple members of the Brewers come visit our school and talk about the hard work they've done to get to where they are today - being professional baseball players and the support network with their families and coaches throughout the years, but also teachers playing a role," said Santiago Navarro, principal of Bruce-Guadalupe Community School.
Miss Delaney was also surprised with the grand slam teacher of the month award for her ability to change lives of her students in a positive way.
