Milwaukee Bucks to host Noche Latina night Nov. 2
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Bucks will celebrate Noche Latina when they host the Cleveland Cavaliers Saturday night, Nov. 2.
Noche Latina -- presented by the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network -- will highlight stories of Hispanic and Latinx leaders and organizations in the Milwaukee community. Spanish language will be incorporated throughout the game by in-arena hosts, graphics and select subtitles.
“We’re going to have music, made by Latinos, we’re going to have art presented by Walker’s Point Center for the Arts, we’re also going to have a presentation during Halftime by the Mexican Dance Academy,” said Jason Ramírez Pavón, E-Commerce Coordinator for the Milwaukee Bucks.
Other activities during the event will include coloring workshops for kids, sign making workshops, and photo opportunities! Additionally, the evening will feature a market of local Hispanic vendors located in the concourses of sections 201-203 of the stadium.
Telemundo Wisconsin's Rodaris Richardson and Gilmarie Morales will be there emceeing events before and during the game that tips off at 7 p.m. at Fiserv Forum.
