Milwaukee County Historical Society introduces beer history exhibit

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Historical Society is introducing an exhibit called Brew City: The Story of Milwaukee Beer that will detail the history of brewing in Milwaukee and explore how beer is central to the city's local identity and culture.

The exhibit will open in late July. Visitors will be able to see the exhibit across the entire first floor spaces of the Milwaukee County Historical Society.

There will be rotating exhibits that will accompany the Brew City exhibit seasonally.

The Brew City, the rotating exhibits and the research library of the MCHS will be available to the public Monday and Wednesday-Saturday from 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. once the new exhibit fully opens.

Adult admission will be $12 and children under 12 are free.
