Milwaukee man charged in deadly drive-by shooting on city's south side

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- After more than three months, an arrest has been made in connection to a deadly drive-by shooting in Milwaukee.

Thirty-one-year-old Christian Jackson faces one count of first-degree reckless homicide in connection to the death of 45-year-old Vincent Torres.

Torres was killed near 11th and Lapham back on June 4. 

According to court documents, Jackson shot toward Torres from a moving car after getting into an argument with Torres' son. 

Court records show an arrest warrant was issued on Sept. 26, and as of Sept. 30, Jackson is in custody.
