Milwaukee man faces 10 felony counts for crash that killed 2 boys in Waukesha County

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man now faces 10 felony counts for the crash that killed two 10-year-old boys in the town of Delafield. 

The charges against 29-year-old Paul Vinson include fleeing an officer resulting in death and injury and driving without a license. 

According to the criminal complaint, Vinson was driving a car with five other passengers inside when he sped away from an attempted traffic stop a week ago. During that chase, the car rolled, the two boys were thrown from the car, and killed. 

Everyone else was hurt. 

None of the four children or teens in the car was in a car seat or wearing seatbelts, according to the complaint. 

Paul Vinson made his first appearance in Waukesha County Court on Wednesday, Dec. 27. 

Cash bond was set at $1.5 million. His next court date is Jan. 11.
