MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 35-year-old Milwaukee man is facing his fourth OWI offense after a crash on I-43 over the weekend.
Glendale Police say a car driven by Joshua Ladwig landed on a guard rail near Hampton Avenue.
They say Ladwig left the scene and was picked up a short distance later where he reportedly told officers that he had been drinking.
If convicted, Ladwig faces up to six years in prison.
