MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are currently investigating a shots fired incident where a bullet entered a home and struck a 12-year-old girl who was sitting on her bed.
It happened around 12:04 a.m. on Sunday.
The 12-year-old victim was taken to a local hospital where she is being treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The investigation remains ongoing.
Milwaukee Police are searching for the unknown suspects.
