Police: Child struck by vehicle near 95th and Brown Deer

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police continue their investigation after a pedestrian was hit by a car.
According to police, the pedestrian was hit while crossing the street near 95th and Brown Deer. They were taken to a local hospital for what is now being described as life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle did remain on scene and is cooperating with police.
Milwaukee Police have not yet released an exact age of the person hit but CBS 58 News did confirm that it was a juvenile who was hit.

According to police, it happened around 7:30 p.m.
Officials say the child suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
