Milwaukee police investigate non-fatal shooting near Fond Du Lac and Sherman

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that happened Friday, Nov. 26 near Fond Du Lac and Sherman.

Authorities say the shooting occurred around 1:39 p.m. Friday.

Milwaukee police report that the victim, a 32-year-old man, has serious injuries from the shooting.

Police add that the victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Officials believe the shooting appears to be the result of a robbery.

Milwaukee police reportedly continue to seek unknown suspects.
