Milwaukee police investigate non-fatal shooting near N. 24th and W. Chambers

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Friday, Aug. 6, near N. 24th and W. Chambers.

Authorities say the shooting occurred at approximately 3:51 p.m.

The victim, a 29-year-old Milwaukee male, suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation.

Officials report that the victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
