MILWAUKEE, (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say they are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred near 10th and Cleveland Avenue on Sunday, July 5.

Police say the shooting happened at around 1:00 a.m., and the jane doe victim died on scene as a result of the gunfire.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation, as police seek information to identify a suspect in connection to the incident.
