Milwaukee police investigating fatal shooting near 41st and Hampton

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 31-year-old was found dead in an alley near 41st and Hampton on Wednesday morning, Nov. 5, according to Milwaukee police.
The shooting happened around 9:05 a.m., officials say.
The victim suffered fatal gunshot injuries and the circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation, according to police.
