Milwaukee police seek hit-and-run driver involved in crash near 16th and Locust

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are searching for suspects after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on the city's north side.
It happened just after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday night, Oct. 8 near 16th and Locust.
Authorities say the driver was traveling westbound on Locust, when they hit a 39-year-old man trying to cross the street in the middle of the block.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
