MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police confirmed a 16-year-old has been arrested in connection to this crime.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating a suspect wanted for a sexual assault that occurred on Dec. 18.

Police say the suspect sexually assaulted a victim near 23rd and Wisconsin around 9 p.m. and was last seen running northbound on N. 24th Street toward w. Wells Street. 

He's described as an African American male in his 20s, about 5'10", 185-200 lbs., with a light-medium complexion and black hair in braids with blonde tips. 

He was last seen wearing a puffy jacket that had greenish/gray material from the chest to the waist, black cloth shoulders, sleeves with a black hood, and black jeans.
