Milwaukee police standoff with armed resident ends peacefully

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- According to a press release, Milwaukee police went out to check on the welfare of a resident near 107th and Arch on Saturday, Feb. 3 around 5:00 p.m.

Police say the resident refused to come out and was armed.

Several hours went by before the resident surrendered and came out. They were detained without incident.

Police found a gun.
