MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say protesters have been ordered to disperse due to unlawful assembly Tuesday night, after throwing rocks and glass at officers.
Authorities say a suspect with a gun in the crowd was taken into custody.
Gas was used to disperse the crowd -- an MPD spokesperson says it was done for the safety of officers and residents.
All individuals in the area have been asked to leave.
