MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- In commemoration of the 20th anniversary, an event was held at the Milwaukee War Memorial Center Monday, March 20. The public was invited to honor the 91 Wisconsin men and women who died while serving in the conflict. CBS 58 Photojournalist Dave Wertheimer shares an inside look at the event.
