MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Call it the luck of the Irish or just smart planning, but Milwaukee County Transit System is partnering with Molson Coors for free rides during St. Patrick's Day weekend. 

It's something the two have partnered on for busy holidays before. 

This year, rides will be free on Saturday, March 15, beginning at 6 p.m. until the end of regular services on all MCTS routes. 

St. Patrick's Day isn't until Monday, March 17, but the two wanted to make sure anyone out and about that weekend gets home safely. 

Milwaukee-area residents can visit the MCTS website to make plans for a free ride this St. Patrick's Day weekend.
