Mom arrested at 3 am for DUI with four minor children in car

A 32 year-old woman was arrested for DUI with four minor children in the car.
Around 3:00 am, a deputy pulled over Yaletha Ramsey for lane deviation and going 40 mph in a 50 mph zone on I-43 southbound at Rosedale Avenue.
One of the children was age seven and three age five.
She tested a .17 on the breathalyzer.
Ramsey did not have a valid driver's license. Child Protective Services placed the children with relatives at about 5:30 a.m.
If convicted of this misdemeanor charge, Ramsey faces up to 60 days in jail.
