MPD: Man arrested in connection to shooting that left 7-year-old girl injured; another suspect at large

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One person is in custody and police are searching for another in connection to a shooting that left a 7-year-old girl injured in Milwaukee. 

The girl suffered a graze wound to her face during the shooting that happened near 21st and Vine on April 1. 

Police tell CBS 58 a 41-year-old man was arrested in connection. Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office. 

Police are looking for an additional suspect. Anyone with information is urged to contact authorities.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 7-year-old girl was hurt in a shooting near 21st and Vine in Milwaukee on Thursday, April 1. 

Police say it happened around 11:15 a.m.

The victim sustained a graze wound the face, police say. She was transported to a local hospital for treatment and is in stable condition.
