MPD investigating double non-fatal shooting near 60th and Congress

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Milwaukee Police are investigating a double non-fatal shooting that happened on Wednesday, January 6 around 2 a.m.
Authorities say it happened near 60th and Congress.
A 49-year-old man was shot in the leg and a 26-year-old woman was shot in her back. Both victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
An investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
