MPD: Sexual assault at Milwaukee Intermodal Station leads to gunfire, man arrested

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say a 31-year-old man was arrested Thursday morning, after allegedly sexually assaulting a 33-year-old victim at the Milwaukee Intermodal Station.
Upon discovering the assault taking place, police say security personnel intervened, and the suspect became "combative."
That led to a shot being fired by security, though it reportedly did not hit anyone.
The situation remains under investigation.
Charges are set to be reviewed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
