Mukwonago School Board votes to end mask mandate effective Monday, May 24

MUKWONAGO, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Another local school district in our area will soon make masks optional for students and staff.

The Mukwonago School Board voted to end its mask mandate during a special meeting Wednesday night, May 19.

Masks will be optional starting Monday.

The move is similar to decisions made by a handful of other suburban districts in our area, including New Berlin, Waukesha and Elmbrook.
