National Cheddar Day!

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Today is National Cheddar Day!
Of course this is Wisconsin. So every day is kind of like cheddar day.
But, cheddar is no ordinary cheese. It accounts for about a third of all varieties sold in the U.S.
Cheddar got its name from the English village where it was first made in the 12th century.
