MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- For first-time home buyers or seasoned real estate investors, the current state of the housing market is one that requires some unique navigation.
Rick Ruvin, lead partner with Falk Ruvin Gallagher Real Estate, joined us on Tuesday, Feb. 1 to discuss the current state of the housing market.
With inflation and rising interest rates creating challenges for buyers and sellers, Ruvin offered insight into how these factors are affecting the market and what his company is doing to help, including two new home buyer and seller protection programs.
The programs are designed to mitigate some of the risks associated with buying and selling in the current market.
