OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A neighborhood group in Oak Creek is suing the city, hoping to block plans for a massive new gas station and convenience store. 

Last month, the Oak Creek Common Council approved a zoning change that would allow construction of a Buc-ee's complex at 27th and Elm. 

According to the court documents, the neighborhood group has objections to the impact of a Buc-ee's on area property values. And it has objections to the way the zoning change was carried out. 

CBS 58 reached out to the city of Oak Creek for a response to the lawsuit.
