New Pepsi logo in stores starting Wedenesday

PURCHASE, New York (CBS 58) -- Pepsi is coming out with a new logo starting Wednesday, Aug. 23. The branding is new, but the taste will remain the same.

The new brand is timed with the 125th anniversary of Pepsi. Starting Wednesday through December 31, Pepsi will celebrate its 125th anniversary over 125 days leading up to New Year's Eve.

The company retained some of its old branding and added modern elements to keep the look current.
