Nicolet students make sure thanksgiving tables are full

GLENDALE-Feeding families for Thanksgiving has been a Nicolet High School tradition since 1973.

This year the students collected enough items to fill three rooms.

The donations should be able to fill the table of an estimated 1,000 local families.

\"We can't thank enough the community that supports this,\" said Spanish teacher Tami Hugo-Soto, \"the students and the faculty and the administrations. It's like a whole project and it wouldn't come to fruition without everybody's support.\"

Nicolet's work, along with surrounding schools, collected more than 25,000 cans and $5,000.
