GERMANTOWN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- No charges will be filed in deadly police shooting at a Germantown school.
The Department of Justice released video on Thursday, Dec. 21. It shows the suspect, Kevin Foy, walking around Kennedy Middle School, looking for a way onto the roof.
Police bodycam video from October shows that the moment they find him, he runs.
Two officers exchange shots with Foy on the roof, then an officer with a drone notices Foy climb down and hide near some bushes.
The drone officer gets his rifle from his car. When he sees Foy running along the building, that's when he shoots. Foy died on scene.
Nobody else was hurt.
The three officers who shot their weapons were not charged and are back on duty.
