Northcott Neighborhood House members reflect on Milwaukee's Juneteenth celebration

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Members of the Northcott Neighborhood House gathered Tuesday evening to reflect on Monday's Juneteenth parade and the shooting that followed.
"Juneteenth is a wonderful event, it's a legacy event," said Tony Kearney, executive director of Northcott Neighborhood House. "It will continue and no matter what some individual does, it will not stop us."
They tell us there's no doubt they'll hold another celebration next year.
"All of our hard work paid off with the exception of that one single incident," Kearney said.
Organizers say they will continue to work closely with Milwaukee police to keep it safe.
