NEILLSVILLE, Wis. (WSAW) -- A 42-year-old Cadott man is expected to be charged with his sixth drunken driving offense after investigators said he was stopped for driving 20 mph over the speed limit.
Investigators also said Michael Hazard had a 10-year-old passenger.
Hazard was stopped Saturday for traveling 78 mph in a 55 mph zone on Cty Hwy O, in Clark County.
Deputies said Hazard admitted to drinking and had an odor of an intoxicant on his breath. He tried to perform standardized field sobriety exercises but failed.
Hazard is free on $1,500 cash bond.
He's expected to be formally charged Oct. 27.
