Northwestern Mutual Building Lights Up in Support of Orlando
The Northwestern Mutual Building in Milwaukee lit up overnight Wednesday to support the victims and survivors of Sunday's terrorist attack at the pulse nightclub.
Erich Krueger, chair of LGBT employee resource group for the company says the rainbow colors are a way of showing more than solidarity.
"This is an event we're using to highlight the tragic events of this last weekend. But, it's a bittersweet moment because it's also something we're using on the positive side to showcase what we're doing for pride month, and all of our activities and events that we have planned for our members of the employee resource group, so this is another way to get involved,” said Erich Krueger, chair of LGBT employee resource group.
You'll also see rainbow colors on Northwestern Mutual's Franklin building both will be illuminated until the end of June.
