Oak Creek High School deemed safe following bomb threat, investigation underway

OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Oak Creek police are investigating a bomb threat at Oak Creek High School Monday morning, Oct. 16.
Officials say the school received the threat around 11 a.m. and quickly evacuated students to the school stadium with police officers and school staff members.
Police and K-9 officers searched the 9th grade center and the grades 10-12 building. Both buildings were determined to be safe.
The police department is investigating the origin of the threat.
