Oshkosh man arrested on drug charges after traffic stop in Washington County

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A man has been arrested on drug charges after Washington County Sheriff's Deputies stopped a driver for a traffic violation.

The incident happened on I-41 near Sherman Road in Polk. 

While authorities were approaching the car they smelled an odor of marijuana. The driver admitted to smoking weed recently and a search of the car found five grams of marijuana and a 136 gram baggie of cocaine.

The driver was arrested for possession of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
