MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- One of the three men facing charges in the shooting death of a 9-year-old girl appeared in Milwaukee County Court Wednesday morning.
Otha Brown is pleading not guilty in the death of Za'Laiya Jenkins. He was in court Wednesday morning for his arraignment.
Brown has been charged with first degree reckless homicide after Za'Laiya Jenkins was hit and killed by gunfire.
His next court date is October 4.
Tony Powell Junior has an arraignment hearing Wednesday afternoon. The third suspect in the shooting will be in court Thursday.
