WISCONSIN (CBS 58) -- Wisconsin is taking a more aggressive approach to investigating overdose deaths. The Wisconsin Department of Justice announced the Overdose Death Initiative on Thursday, Dec. 11, its mission to investigate opioid overdoses and deaths while aiming to identify and arrest those responsible to the distribution that led to the deaths.
Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul joins CBS 58 to discuss the initiative, its impact and what it means to families caught in the opioid crisis.
