MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The early kickoff didn't stop Packers fans here in Milwaukee from cheering on the green and gold.
They packed places like Steny's in Walker's Point bright and early this morning.
"I was out last night so I had to set the alarm for 6am," said Packers fan Heather Wagner. "We were in line to be one of the first people in here to get our spot."
"This is Packers country, so there's no coffee," said Packers fan Guermain Salgado. "Nothing but beer, cheese, bloodies (laughs)."
"The energy is here. The energy's been here the whole time. We've really enjoyed this. We've been looking forward to this game," said Packers fan Mick Butterfield.
Hundreds of fans grabbed every open seat inside Steny's for the early morning football fun.
Too bad the cheers of "Go Pack Go" turned out to be a no-go. But fans we spoke with said they'll enjoy another early morning wake-up the next time the Packers play in London.
