Packers look ahead to Tennessee
GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- No Love? No problem for the Green Bay Packers.
The first regular season game at Lambeau Field this season was a 16-10 Packers win, thanks to a dominant ground game that churned out 261 rushing yards. Malik Willis stepped into Jordan Love's role as starting quarterback and played an impressive game, throwing for 122 yards and rushing for 41 more.
Next up, a trip to Tennessee this weekend to face Willis' former team, the Titans. Is Jordan Love ready to return from his knee injury?
"I didn't see Jordan in the training room. I know he's doing everything he can," said Packers Coach Matt LaFleur Monday. "If he's ready, he'll be ready, and if he's not, we'll proceed with Malik."
Love suffered a knee sprain in the season opener in Brazil Sept. 6. He was listed as doubtful for Sunday's game with Indianapolis.
