Milwaukee women's soccer headed to NCAA Tournament for fourth-straight season

MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee women's soccer team is tournament-bound once again, earning their way to a fourth-straight NCAA Tournament appearance following a 2-0 victory over Oakland Saturday, Nov. 6, in the Horizon League Tournament Championship.

Lesley Kiesling and Maggy Henschler found the back of the net Saturday to give Milwaukee a 2-0 Horizon League Tournament Championship victory at Engelmann Stadium in Milwaukee.

Saturday's victory sends the Panthers (18-1) to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth-consecutive season and 15th time in program history.

The NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Selection Show airs Monday, Nov. 8 at 3:30 p.m. on NCAA.com.

Milwaukee will learn its opponent and game destination during the show.

The first-round of the NCAA Tournament starts Nov. 12-14.
