GRAFTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police arrested a 61-year-old Grafton man Monday, following a report of a gunshot fired inside a home near Kohlwey and Keup Drive. 

According to the Grafton Police Department, responding officers safely evacuated a woman from the residence and determined the suspect had fired the gun out of a bedroom window. No injuries were reported. 

Police say the man is in custody and facing charges including recklessly endangering safety, endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia with domestic violence enhancers.

GRAFTON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Grafton police say a person of interest is in custody following an "incident" on Kohlwey Drive near Keup Road Monday, June 29. 

Officials say no injuries were reported and there is no danger to the community. 

Grafton police say the scene is "secure and stable."

An active investigation is underway.
