MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Mike Vanausdall, a personal trainer at Life Time Brookfield, joined us on Tuesday, March 3 to share ways to shake up workouts as warmer weather approaches.
Vanausdall recommended trying group fitness classes or a run club for added accountability, evaluating nutrition by focusing on whole foods and staying hydrated, and taking advantage of spring weather by moving cardio workouts outdoors. He also suggested signing up for an upcoming race as a way to stay motivated.
