MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for help finding 15-year-old Analisa Vallejo and her 2-month-old twin sons, Kyaire and Armoni Israel.

Police say Vallejo was last seen on foot near 63rd and Congress at around 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30.

She is described as a Black girl, standing 5-foot-1 and weighing 165 pounds, with light brown or red hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black and white jacket, black pants, black tennis shoes, a black and white headband, along with a pink and black watch.
