GLENDALE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A high-speed speed chase that ended in a crash was caught on dashcam video.
Two people from Milwaukee were allegedly shoplifting at Dick's Sporting Goods on Sunday, Jan. 19.
Police say they had more than $1,700 in stolen merchandise. The suspects then got in a car and headed south towards I-43. Grafton police then alerted Bayside police.
When an officer spotted the car, he followed them.
Police say the car was driving 100 miles per hour on the highway.
The driver behind the wheel was 36-year-old Letosha Walton.
Once the car got to Silver Spring Road, it crashed into the ramp and another car with two people inside. Fortunately, they're okay.
After the collision, the getaway car came to a slow stop. A passenger got out, raised his hands and was arrested.
The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office is reviewing possible charges.
