WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A police chase ended in a crash Sunday, Feb. 1 after a reported theft at a Wauwatosa Home Depot.

Wauwatosa police responded around 2:51 p.m. Sunday to Home Depot at on N. 124th Street for a reported theft. Officers found the car the suspects left in and tried to stop it near 124th and Capitol, but it reportedly sped away and a chase began.

Police ended the chase near 93rd and Melvina but found the car again a short time later and resumed the chase. The chase ended in an alley near 58th and Capitol when the car crashed into a pole.

One person ran away and has not been found. One person was arrested.

No injuries were reported.
