Police Identify Man Stabbed to Death on 18th and State Street

Milwaukee Police have identified the victim of deadly stabbing on the city's West Side.
Justin Girtler of Milwaukee died after getting into a fight with someone he knew near 18th and State around 8:00 pm on Sunday night.
A 45-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
