Police: Man, 58, shot after firing multiple shots into a vehicle near 46th and Stark

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are currently investigating a shooting that happened overnight.

It happened shortly before 12:30 a.m. on Saturday near 46th and Stark.

The investigation revealed that a 34-year-old man confronted a 58-year-old man and the two got into a physical fight. 

According to police, the 58-year-old man was shot after he fired multiple shots into a vehicle.The 34-year-old man was then able to disarm the 58-year-old man before firing several shots at him.

The 58-year-old man was taken to a local hospital for treatment of what is believe to be non-life threatening injuries.

Milwaukee Police say they are looking for the known suspect in this case.
