A boost in temperatures despite the lack of sunshine
(CBS 58) – As the holidays and cold weather nears, more people will be getting sick.
“I think prevention is really key here,” Family medicine Dr. Jennifer Caudle said.
Doctors say it is important to get a flu shot and wash your hands frequently. They also advise people to clean the areas where there are a lot of germs, like keyboards.
Another tip, drink plenty of water.
