MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Ian Thompson of Visit Milwaukee joined us on Wednesday, March 5 to preview several upcoming events in Milwaukee as springtime approaches.
Food & Froth will take place on Saturday, March 8 at the Milwaukee Public Museum. The annual fundraiser offers attendees the opportunity to sample brews and bites from over 60 breweries and local restaurants while supporting museum programs. The event is limited to those 21 and older.
Milwaukee County Historical Society will host MKE History Trivia on Thursday, March 13, featuring trivia questions on local history, pop culture and current events. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the game begins at 7 p.m.
The Explorium Brewpub will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day weekend with events across all three locations. On Monday, March 17, a pub crawl will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., stopping at several Milwaukee-area breweries. Irish-themed food and drinks will also be available.
The Milwaukee Art Museum will offer Spring Break Fun from Tuesday, March 25 to Friday, March 28. The family-friendly event includes art activities, musical story readings and interactive experiences with visiting artists.
