Authorities say Kevin Hatley was driving without a valid license.
According to the complaint, the officer who pulled him over smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. He also saw a bag of pills on the vehicle's floorboard.
During a search of the vehicle, police say they found cocaine and a loaded gun inside a diaper bag next to the child.
