RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Racine man charged in connection with the death of his 3-month-old son is ordered to stand trial.
Jeremy Marquez, 25, waived his preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday.
A criminal complaint says Marquez was watching his son in February when the baby became sick and stopped breathing. The infant was taken to the hospital where doctors say the child had abusive head trauma.
Marquez will be back in court in August.
